Pilates
Sweat & Sculpt
A music-driven, Pilates-inspired class that fuses HIIT-style circuits, core work, and bursts of cardio for a full-body sweat. Expect to move, push, and leave stronger. Class room heats to 28-30°C.
Sweat & Strength
Build power, stability, and strength in a heated environment designed to push you further. With weights and equipment, this class targets muscle endurance, resilience, and functional strength from the inside out. Class room heats to 30-35°C.
Sweat Less
New to Pilates or looking for a refresher?
This non-heated, foundational session introduces you to the basics, teaching essential Pilates movements and terms. Expect slower-paced instruction focused on alignment, breath, and control, helping you move with intention and build confidence in your form. It’s the perfect way to deepen your understanding of Pilates fundamentals and prepare for full classes like Sweat & Sculpt or Sweat & Strength.
Sweat Fusion
A heated fusion of Pilates precision and yoga flow designed to build strength, stability, and serious endurance. Expect slow, controlled sculpt sequences layered into fluid yoga transitions to challenge your muscles while improving mobility and balance.
Sweat & Stretch
Start your Saturday by sweating, then unwind. 25 minutes of heat-driven movement followed by 25 minutes of deep stretching — the perfect weekend reset.
YOGA
Sweat & Flow
Perfect for anyone wanting to strengthen and stretch. All levels of fitness will enjoy this class, guided through postures that build strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and mental focus. Modifications are provided throughout so everyone can work at their own ability and comfort level.
Sweat & Power Flow
A fast-moving, full-body yoga flow designed to build strength, balance, and endurance. You’ll move seamlessly from pose to pose, challenging your body and focus with dynamic, progressive movements — all guided safely for every level.
Sweat & Soul Flow
A grounding, soul-led yoga practice blending guided movement with intentional stillness. Connect through the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, ending with intuitive sound healing in Shavasana to harmonize and restore your whole being.
sweat at the barre
A heated fun, full-body class blending Pilates, strength, and dance-inspired movement. Challenge your stability, strengthen your core, and leave feeling powerful and poised. No dance experience required — just come ready to move and sweat!
sweat & serve
Move with purpose, sweat with intention, and give back. This 50-minute fusion class channels 100% of proceeds to local charities — a true practice of Sëva (selfless service).
